1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Only unused, unopened, and original packaging products are eligible for a return.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products that are expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.
- Gift cards, discount coupons, and promotional items.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our support team will guide you through the return shipping process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photographic evidence to process the claim.
- A replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost to the customer.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for products of equal value.
