1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Only unused, unopened, and original packaging products are eligible for a return.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products that are expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.
  • Gift cards, discount coupons, and promotional items.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our support team will guide you through the return shipping process.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photographic evidence to process the claim.
  • A replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for products of equal value.
